Would definitely recommend Chantelle - for both Sports Massage & Personal Training.
I’ve been with Chantelle since February 2020 Personal Training & the results have been amazing. It’s changed my relationship with food/exercise completely and helped me reach my goals. My initial plan was to stop after my wedding, but I enjoy it so much I am going to absolutely keep going!
Sports Massage would 100% recommend too - Chantelle is so knowledgable, and really gets to understand you/your body. I was recently in a car accident - and the help she has given me is amazing. Her Sports Massage is tailored to you & really helps relieve any tension.

I first met Chantelle in August 2020 though a friend, I’d had major surgery in 2018 and was struggling with mobility in my leg post-op, I had never set foot inside a gym before, Chantelle took me through everything step by step, and built a training program to suit my needs that we have adapted and added to it, I now feel confident in going to the gym by myself….. who’d have thought I’d ever say that?!
Together with her help and encouragement, I’ve managed to gain my mobility back and I’m off the long time painkillers and medication for nerve damage.
I still continue to have a weekly PT session, but also happy to go and train by myself. I’d highly recommend Chantelle for personal training and sports massage.

Chantelle is fantastic - she helped me get back to the gym really quickly. I thought I’d injured my shoulder when in fact all I needed was a sports massage to release the tension after overdoing it! She gave me some great advice along with a deep massage and I would definitely recommend her.
